Drink a lot of water to reduce the threat of dehydration, and it will also enable your body to properly shed and remove dead skin cells. Experts say that 8-10 glasses of water everyday is a healthy solution to many health issues, including the care and treatment of acne prone skin.
- Apply grated potatoes as poultice to treat skin blemishes, wrinkles, boils, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads, etc.

Tea: There are a lot of herbs available from which you can make the tea extract and can use it as a facial wash. To name some of the herbs from which you can make the tea extracts are aloe, burdock, calendula, chickweed, dandelion, red clover, white oak bark, yellow dock, cayenne, ginseng, echinacea, sarsaparilla, redmond clay and valarian. These are different herbs that can be used to make the acne remedy.
