These days people opt for more artificial things like tablets or some surgeries to remove there wrinkle by this they want to look more younger then there actual age.

Below mentioned are few tips required to stay healthy and look younger:

1.Drink a lot of water
2.Workout
3.Quit smoking & alcohol
4.Balanced diet

1. Drinking water:

Water is the basic essential to human body. It cleans away all the toxic and wastes from the body, making it pure and problem free. It helps in transporting the nutrients throughout the body. Due to all the above activities, all the body cells remain alive and active, thus making the skin look younger and body feel lighter. One should drink at least 6-8 glasses of water each day.

2.Workout:

A person should workout daily to maintain a fit body. A body which is physically active is always young and lighter. One should do a brisk walking for about 30 minutes minimum.

4.Quit smoking & alcohol:

Smoking is the most commonly seen bad habits. Smoking impairs the functioning of all body organs and kills the cells in the body. The person becomes inactive and dull. Smokers look much older compared to their actual age. Smoking is one of the main factors that cause wrinkles on the face.

The another commonly seen bad habit is drinking alcohol. If one needs to be healthy, these addictions have to be seriously prevented. Alcohol become physically weak. Alcohol drinkers does not focus on personal grooming as their main focus will be only to abuse alcohol.

5.Balanced Diet:
A healthy body needs a balanced diet. It is very important to have a correct and balanced diet. That means your routine diet should have all the necessary nutrients in adequate quantities. Your daily diet should include fibers, minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins and fats. A balanced diet is a combination of vegetables, fruits, cereals, beans, dairy products, meat, fish etc.

How to Avoid Stress in Exam Days

It is natural for students to get stressed in exam days and more chances when you are preparing for a entrance exam like CA, engineering, CAT, AIEEE, IIT . But you can get rid of this by following some useful tips:

  • During exam studies when your mind get divert to other thoughts, you should change your schedule and take a break every hour and spend some time with your family, play with your pet animal, watch tv and come back refreshed.
  • When you are in confusion that what you do after your schooling or college, you should get suggestions from experts, your family members and friend. It can help you to avoid stress.
  • When you are preparing for any entrance exam and your mood swing that time, you should refresh your mood by enjoying, music, swimming, walking, playing, exercise and cool your mood.

There are so many types of headache but symptoms are different for underlying condition. Most people suffering from headache problem but they consider it as normal problem. There are so many health related problems are linked with it. There may be so many reasons of headache. Migraine attack may be one of them.
Migraine headache is very dangerous for health and cause of this problem is enlargement of blood vessels in the head. Your brain nerve fiber release the chemical when blood vessels are enlarged. But it result is headache, redness and swelling on face. In this pain, sometimes painkiller doesn't effect and making the headache worse.

Past studies shows that mostly obese people suffering from this headache than the people have normal weight. Obesity is the main reason to increase the amount of cytokines chemicals that is the main part of swelling and redness during headache due to migraine attack. Because of regular headache problem obese do not work properly.

Headache may be the result of stress or so many personal problems but during headache we should try to getting rest lot of time. To avoid stress, headache and other like these problems, we should do daily some physical exercise, yoga, and take enough nutrition in your diet.

Shed those extra kilos before pregnancy for a healthy baby

Washington, Feb 4 (ANI): A mice study has found that if obese women shed some extra weight before pregnancy, it has health benefits for their offspring.
In the study, researchers with the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, the Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Research at the Health Science Center, and the National Institute of Nutrition in Mexico City induced maternal obesity by feeding a group of female rats a high-fat diet prior to mating.
This group of females ate the fatty chow from weaning through adolescent life to breeding and remained on it through pregnancy and lactation. Meanwhile, females in a second group were switched to normal chow one month before mating.
